Angular Contact Ball Bearing
We specialize in offering a wide range of Angular Contact Bearing that consists of inner and outer rings which is displayed in the direction of the bearing axis, in respect to each other. These are manufactured using the SAE 52100 standard bearing steel and accommodate to combine radial and axial loads in either direction. With increase in the contact angles, the axial load capacity of these bearings also increases. Further, for achieving high speed, resin and machine cages are molded. Our range is highly appreciated for its strength, reliability and affordable prices.
We offer following three angular ball bearings:
- Single Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
- Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
- Four-Point Contact Ball Bearings
1. Single Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
We offer a wide range of Single Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings. These are used for carrying thrust load in one direction only. This can be done by adjusting one bearing against another. With this we can accommodate the opposed trust load. As a result these bearings cannot be disassembled. Further, these results in accommodating the opposed thrust load and
Our range of spindle row angular contact bearings are designed in the same pattern as that of spindle bearing. This results in application of achieving high speed work spindles of various machine tools. The design of spindle bearings is not same as angular contact ball bearings. This is because they have different contact angles, the degree of accuracy and the type of cage used. Manufacturing is done for these bearings in the series of 70 and 72 and are identified by a bearing number commencing with B.
2. Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
We are engaged in offering a wide range of Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings, which is capable of carrying high radial and thrust loads in both directions. These are designed so as to correspond to two single row angular contact ball bearings which are arranged back to back. Further, these are used in areas here there is high axial rigidity. These double row angular ball bearings have un-split rings. These rings have filling slots on one side and are available with shields and seals on both sides. Apart from this, these are filled with lithium based grease that restricts rust and are operated within the temperature 110°.
